HattKatts Cattery Questionnaire

Completion is required to be considered for placement.

Thank you for considering adopting a HattKatts kitten or cat. Before we advance any farther in the placement process we need to know  something about you. Our kittens and cats are raised in our home, underfoot, and we care very much about where they will go to live the rest of their lives. Please answer the following questions as completely as possible when you contact us. If any of the questions offend you we apologize but we will not place one of our kittens before we know more about where they are going and to whom. Please understand that until a deposit is RECEIVED by us all kittens and cats are available unless so noted as Reserved or On Hold on our website.
Our pet kitten prices start at $800 (includes the spay/neuter) plus shipping costs, as applicable, which include airfare & insurance, airline required health certificate and shipping carrier. We require a non-refundable deposit of $200.00 to hold a kitten until it is ready to leave at 16 weeks old. (No, we will not place earlier than 16 weeks unless you are a known breeder so please do not ask and you won’t be disappointed) All remaining moneys due must be received two weeks prior to placement unless prior arrangements are made. We reserve the right to cancel any agreement for placement if supported information contrary to the information you provide comes to our attention. If you decide you would like to adopt one of our kittens, or cats, please provide us with the following information:
